A Memorable Day in My Life Essay For Children & Students
Day is a combination of twenty four hours. All days are not special. Some days are very boring and some days leave an everlasting impact on mind and heart. Memorial day in life is the day which leave an ineffable mark on your memory.
I live in a village where all children go into government Schools. Like all other boys I used to go to primary school of my village. I passed my initial education from there.
The most memorial day of my life is my first day in sixth class at City Cambridge Rises School. I vividly remember the day when my father asked me that would I go to study in a city near to our village? I happily replied I want to study and I want to be an officer.
My father smiled and hugged me and said that he had taken my admission in one of the finest school of our locality. Therefore, I had to go to that school from the next day. My father had intended to educate me and to afford my education expenditure. I was overwhelmed with joy and happiness.
Tears of happiness shed from my eyes and I said to my father that I would study hard and work every waking moment to be an officer. I was very excited and happy to join the new school.
I could not even sleep well that night. I spent half of the night thinking of teachers and new environment of a new school. The next morning my mother woke me up and asked me get ready for school. I brushed my teeth, took shower and wore new uniform of the school.
My mother oiled and combed my hair and asked me to take breakfast. I took breakfast with my father and left for school with my father. As the school was not that much far away. We were living near to city at a distance of one kilometers so we walked all the way and reached school. It took us 30 minutes to reach at school.
When I stepped inside the school I was a bit afraid and frightened, I saw there were many boys. My heart began to beat hard in new environment. Since I was accompanied with my father therefore I could controlled at my fear. Fist of all, my father took me to headmaster office and made me meet with the Headmaster of school.
He asked my name and wished me happy first day at school. I got little relaxed and sighed heavily. It was time of assembly. My father had left the school and I went to stand in the sixth class queue for assembly rituals.
There were many rows of students. Each class had a separate row of students. Some boys came at stage and presented national anthem.
After the national anthem there was a formal speech of headmaster. He addressed all students specially to new students and directed all students to go to their respective classes.
I went into my classroom and occupied a seat. I kept my books. Within five minutes our class teacher came and taught us a English lesson. He read to us a lesson and made us spell difficult words. The first class lasted for 45 minutes.
After that, a science teacher came and taught science. In third lecture a mathematics teacher came and taught us mathematics. He taught how basics of Mathematics of our class
After third period there was half time for 30 minutes. After half time there were two more classes. I returned home at 2:00 pm. I took lunch and went to bed.
It is the unforgettable day of my life. I can’t forget the happiness in my mother’s eyes at the very first day of going to school in the city. The unconditional love of my father and mother at that day is unforgettable.
